Dutch auctions typically have several of the same product for sale. Bidders may enter a maximum bid for the number of items they wish to purchase. Winning bidders will receive the number of items bid upon. Remaining items will be awarded to bidders based on the order of their final bids.

|
Once a sale is processed, seller and buyer are able to leave feedback or comments from the “Feedback” tab in the Members Area. Feedback can be left only once, and cannot be edited. Site administrators reserve the right to delete malicious or untrue comments.

The “Watch This Item” link allows you to monitor the status of any item without actually bidding on it. This feature keeps you aware of the current bid, and prepares you for placing a last-minute bid. Look for the “Watch This Item” link on any auction page.

|
The “Auction Watch” feature notifies you of newly listed auctions containing “keywords” you enter in your “Members Area.” Example: enter keyword “Playstation 2” and you will be notified of each new auction listing containing the word “Playstation 2.” You may enter as many keywords as you wish.

Members Area is divided into four areas accessed by tabs, each with links to additional areas.

- Click on the “Sell” link.
- Select the main category and subcategory of the product or service you wish to sell. No items can be sold by choosing only the main category.
- Entering the auction details, settings, payment methods available, and choosing a category. You may include one image free of charge. On the “Auction Settings” tab, you can choose the type of the auction, the start price, activate “buy now,” or set a “reserve price.” You will be able to choose what type of bid increment to use: the progressive system used built into the site (that can be edited from the admin area), or a custom system in which you designate the bidding increments. You will also be able to choose whether to feature the item, and the duration of the auction. After setting the location, shipping, and payment information, click on the “Next Step” button.
- Review the auction before submitting. If everything is in order, click “Submit.” If there are fees to be paid, you will be directed to a payment page. If there are no fees, you will be directed to a “confirmation” page. The auction is activated once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, or instantly if no fees are being paid.

If you have spotted on item you would like to place a bid on you can do so quickly and easily by following these steps.
- Login to your account – If you have not registered you can do so within 5 minutes.
- Visit the auction page and find the “bidding box” (near the bottom of the page).
- Enter in your bid. (You must bid above the minimum bid required.)
- Click on the “place bid” button.
- Confirm your bid. If your bid is higher than the current bid, you will receive a confirmation message. If your bid fails to outbid the current high bidder you will be offered the option to place a higher bid.
- Proxy bidding can aid your chances of winning an auction and help avoid you being outbid at the last moment. To place a proxy bid enter in the maximum price you are willing to pay for the item. If another user places a bid on the same auction automatic bids will be placed on your behalf in accordance with your maximum bid amount. With proxy bidding you will pay the lowest possible price until someone else places a higher bid.
- “Buy It Now” prices are set by the seller. If you agree with that price, you can click on the “Buy It Now” button displayed on the auction details page. After clicking on the button you will be re-directed to a confirmation page. For a standard (single item) auction, the auction will end immediately after an item is sold at the “Buy It Now” price. For a Dutch (multiple item) auction, enter the number of items you wish to buy. If you purchase fewer items than are available, the auction will remain open.
